Honor the Fallen

Honor the Fallen is a challenging and intense fitness class designed to pay tribute to military personnel and first responders who died in the line of duty. Each session is built around a series of demanding workouts, each one dedicated to a specific individual. These workouts will push the limits with high intensity and physical difficulty,  but like any of our workouts, any part of it can be scaled for your abilities.

The workouts themselves are a mix of gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning. The movements are varied, ranging from bodyweight exercises like burpees and handstand push-ups to Olympic lifts like cleans and snatches. The goal is to complete the prescribed movements and repetitions as quickly as possible, or to complete as many rounds as possible within a set time.

Honor the Fallen is more than just a physical challenge; it's a way to connect with those who made the ultimate sacrifice. Lets send a thank you to those in Valhalla by sacrificing some sweating in their name!

Olympic Lifting 101

Master the ultimate crucible of force: the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk. This specialized session fuses raw power, speed, flexibility, and precision to assist anyone in improving these technical movements. Scientist Joe will break down the highly technical mechanics of these explosive movements, teaching you to combine distinct patterns into singular, efficient force. Pulling from his years of competitive Olympic lifting himself, along with instructing the Ohio State team, will break down each piece of this poetry in motion and provide individual feedback to help anyone achieve weights formerly thought impossible.

Step into the arena and prepare for Tribal Warfare, the once weekly high-intensity interval training experience unlike any other. This is not just a workout; it’s a test of your strength, endurance, and teamwork in a battle with others doing the same.

Each session of Tribal Warfare is a dynamic circuit of primal movements and functional exercises. You and your team will work together, pushing each other to new limits with competitive energy and a shared sense of purpose.

Tribal Warfare is more than just a class; it's a community. It’s about building trust, communication, and a powerful bond with your fellow Savages. You’ll leave each session feeling exhausted but exhilarated, knowing you left it all on the floor and emerged stronger, together.
